I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, dedicated to helping individuals break old cycles and reclaim their peace. Since 2018, I have provided specialized mental health therapy across diverse settings, including college-based community mental health with BIPOC programming, inpatient addiction care, and private practice. I am an in-network provider with many insurance companies, including Providence Health Plan through the Headway network. My practice focuses heavily on supporting women, students, individuals experiencing various life transitions, and those, who are exhausted from people-pleasing, overcommitting, and ignoring their own boundaries. Together, we work to heal past and present wounds to build a deep, lasting foundation of self-trust and self-love.

I enjoy supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, specifically the perinatal and postpartum periods. Additionally, I have specialized training in substance use disorders and have a heart for working with loved ones of those impacted by addiction to help restore balance, trust, and healing to the family system.

Alyssa works with adolescents and adults, guiding them through anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma. With specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, and trauma processing, she helps clients build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and navigate family dynamics with confidence and resilience. Alyssa takes a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients can explore, heal, and grow at their own pace. When she’s not in session, Alyssa enjoys hiking with her two golden retrievers, expanding her plant collection, and spending time on the golf course.

I'm a psych NP. I have worked in general psychiatry and addiction medicine. I utilize CBT and motivational interviewing to help inspire change.

Over nine years ago my life changed. I lost a son to suicide due to unaddressed mental health needs. A system that was overwhelmed failed him. I returned to school to help close that gap and want to work with others to start their journey towards mental wellness. As someone who has experienced depression and anxiety, I understand the challenges faced.
