I have been a therapist for 8 years and have seen patients thrown around to different providers, feeling unheard, stuck, & lost. Hi, I am Jessi, and I believe that therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, safe, and understood. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are while working towards meaningful change.

I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, life stressors, navigating relationships, self-esteem issues, trauma processing and PTSD, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, process, and grow.

I've been in practice for 25 years. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I specialize in helping individuals with a variety of issues, including depression and anxeity.

I am a seasoned therapist of 30 years, and I learn something new with each individual I connect with. My goal is to address the issues of life we all face with grace, compassion and a little humor. I might not know all the answers... but together we will develop strategies to make a better life.

Spring is a time for renewal and what better time to focus on renewing yourself and your life! In my 16 years as a therapist, I've supported many clients to take a new look at their life and to move toward that renewal. While therapy might feel scary at first, my training and support will make it less so. I can teach you skills through therapies including DBT and EMDR that will allow you to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and more. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe the most effective care comes from a strong, collaborative partnership. I approach each person as more than a diagnosis, and I value honesty, accountability, and mutual respect in the work we do together. Change is possible—I’ve seen it firsthand—and I’m here to support you in becoming the version of yourself you want to be. My background includes both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from Walsh University, and I bring that clinical foundation into thoughtful, individualized care.
