I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at Colorado State University and my master's in clinical mental health counseling at Kent State University. I have experiencing working with adolescents in a residential treatment facility and have spent the last three years working with individuals ages 7-75 in a community mental health organization with a wide range of diagnoses. I spent the first several years of my career focusing on working with children with ADHD and their families at an internship through the Cleveland Clinic. I specialize in behavioral concerns, interpersonal conflict, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and stress management. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, TV, and sports, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.

I am Lisa Kirby, a therapist with over 14 years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings. I am dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Designation (LPCC-S) and an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) in Ohio. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults, and I focus in helping individuals better manage their anxiety through mindfulness and coping strategy development.

To enhance your treatment, I integrate brief, supplemental supportive interventions and targeted coping strategies when clinically indicated. I am currently accepting new patients (ages 18–64) and have immediate openings with flexible scheduling for both online and in-person appointments.

Hello, I'm Stefanie Young, an Army brat, born in Germany and a Gulf War Veteran. I've spent my entire career in and around first response: military, military police, and civilian law enforcement which has truly shaped my approach to therapy by understanding the culture, the pressures that come with it, and what it takes to finally talk to someone.

My practice is a confidential, open space for adults working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, and depression. If you're a first responder or veteran, you won't need to explain your world to me, I've lived it. And if you're not, you're equally welcome as well.
