If anxiety won't quiet down, stress keeps piling up, or you're navigating something hard, like postpartum changes, a struggling relationship, or something from your past that hasn't had space to heal, you're in the right place. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping clients move past what's holding them back from being their best selves. I am a proud alumnus of North Carolina Central University (B.A.) and Nova Southeastern University (M.S., Mental Health Counseling). I welcome clients from all walks of life and every stage of the journey, whether you're new to therapy or returning. Together, we identify what isn't working, build on what is, and create a path toward real, lasting change. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and equipped to move forward.
Life can feel exhausting when you're carrying more than anyone else realizes. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, pressure to stay strong, relationship challenges, or questions about your identity while feeling like there's no space to simply be yourself. You don't have to face those experiences alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I provide virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, seniors, children, and families throughout Mississippi, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, men's issues, and cultural and ethnic concerns while also supporting ADHD, trauma, OCD, anger management, relationship challenges, family stress, and life transitions that often become part of the same journey. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want to build.
