She has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and she has a Master’s in Higher Education: She is trained in various trauma interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy. Since working with CMH I have been able to work with a large population of individuals with different challenges such as substance use, bereavement, trauma, domestic violence, family matters, and life goals. I am certified in DBT and DBT PE. I specialize in Behavioral Health, Personality Disorders, and Trauma Therapy. I have experience working with all ages from school age to geriatric clients.
