I’m Rasha, a licensed therapist with over eight years of experience in mental health, public health, and program leadership. My background includes working with adolescents, adults, and families across school-based, community, and clinical settings. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and concerns related to racial and ethnic identity.
My work is grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world understanding of how systemic stressors, culture, and environment impact mental health. I have extensive experience helping clients who appear high-functioning externally but feel overwhelmed, emotionally taxed, or disconnected internally.
Clients should know that I am direct, thoughtful, and deeply invested in meaningful growth. I will support you — but I will also challenge you when necessary. Therapy with me is not passive; it is intentional, reflective, and focused on helping you build sustainable change.
When anxiety, depression, ADHD, or shifting moods start affecting your relationships, your sleep, and how you feel about yourself, it can be hard to know where to start. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, OCD, PTSD, panic disorders, sleep concerns, anger, and substance use. My experience includes being a registered nurse for 21 years and a nurse practitioner for a total of 10 of those 20 years.
