As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health & Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, I look at the whole picture—your mental health, physical health, sleep, hormones, nutrition, movement, stress, and everything else that may be affecting how you feel.

I listen first, then we work together to create a treatment plan that makes sense for your life. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just thoughtful, individualized care focused on helping you feel better and stay well.

Many of my clients come to me feeling like something is holding them back. Stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggling to communicate in ways that feel authentic, or searching for healthier ways to cope with life's challenges. They often describe a sense that their personal growth has stalled, even when they can't quite put their finger on why.

I work with people of all ages who are trying to make sense of what's going on in their lives and figure out what needs to change. They may be dealing with stress, relationship difficulties, major transitions, attention or learning difficulties, or patterns they've struggled to change on their own. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in business and other practical, people-focused roles, which gave me a firsthand understanding of the competing demands and pressures of everyday life.
