Top bipolar disorder therapists and psychiatrists in Northampton, MA
Bipolar disorder management in Northampton is accessible through Headway's diverse provider network, where care can be tailored to your needs through talk therapy, medication management, and skills-based approaches like DBT to support emotional regulation and routine stabilization.
I am a down-to-earth, approachable therapist with over a decade of experience supporting teenagers, young adults, and their families. Many clients arrive hesitant about therapy but quickly find a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where they can talk about anything. I strive to be responsive to each person’s life experiences, including gender- and race-based toxic stress and trauma. I completed my training at Boston University and spent several years working with a multidisciplinary team at a safety-net hospital.
I work with clients who are ready to try something different — or who've tried talk therapy before and felt like something was still stuck.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, eating concerns, and emotional regulation. I'm trained in EMDR, which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD — it helps process difficult memories in a way that doesn't require you to re-live every detail out loud. For clients who connect better through creativity than conversation, I also offer art therapy as part of our work together.
I work with adolescents and adults across Western Massachusetts via telehealth, with some of the most flexible scheduling in the area — mornings, evenings, and weekends available.
