I work compassionately with generally high-functioning adults who may be experiencing a range of potential symptoms that diminish their mental and/or physical health and well-being. These may include anxiety, perfectionism, and performance challenges; self-esteem and self-worth; body image and disordered eating; managing chronic disease; grief and loss; depression; relationship challenges with friends, partners, and family members; and life and career transitions that may include finding meaning in life. I often work with people who simply find life is easier when they have a non-judgmental connection outside of their usual circles.

I support adults through life transitions including grief, loss, relationship challenges, panic, job loss, empty nest, medical trauma & other upsetting & traumatic events. I'm a talk therapist, EMDR therapy certified & advanced Flash Technique trained - tools that I incorporate to help my clients navigate emotions in the days and weeks following and ongoing.

I have experience working in community-based mental health and primary school settings. I've been a clinician since 2023 and have experience working with individuals of all ages. I am especially interested in working with those with chronic health conditions, mood disorders and trauma.

I specialize in treating my clients like they matter, are important & are worthy, no matter what they look like, sound like, or "seem" like. I'm also an expert in being a real human being and not a robot with automated responses who will "mhmm" you to death.

Hello, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), currently licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I received my Masters from Boston College and have more than 10 years of Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health experience. My clinical background derives from psychiatric inpatient, corrections, outpatient services, family/school/ community-based programming, and emergency crisis services. Culturally sensitive, I am always eager to serve diversified backgrounds, ages and communities.

Throughout my experiences, I have worked with several diversified populations, which I take great pride in. These opportunities have allowed me to gain first hand experience in truly understanding the value in meeting others where they are.
