As a provider I like to collaborate with my patients as to their desires and the direction they want to take on their journey to wellness. I like to take a conservative approach. In addition to any medications that may be prescribed, therapy is encouraged to all patients. I believe in mindfulness, exercise, and behavioral therapies.
