Seeing Patients in MA and NH. About me, For YOU! I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My current specialty is treating patients with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Opioid use disorder with suboxone. As a provider I like to collaborate with my patients as to their desires and the direction they want to take on their journey to wellness. I like to take a conservative approach. My path into this work started with film. What drew me was people in their real moments, the hard ones, the ones that matter. In 2004 I volunteered on a suicide hotline, and I didn't want to capture those moments anymore. I wanted to help people find their way through them. That's still what I'm here for.

I work with adults of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients, managing anxiety, anger, overthinking, and life transitions. My approach draws on ACT, CBT, and mindfulness based practices, shaped by Taoist philosophy, Zen Buddhism, and existential psychology. I pay close attention, I don't push, and I say what I notice.

I have worked in several clinical and therapeutic settings including working in private practice for several years, and having had the unique opportunity to work with underprivileged folks in a correctional setting both in an individual therapy and group therapy capacity. These unique experiences have given me the opportunity to work across a variety of settings and acquire a multidisciplinary approach for individuals with unique and specific needs.
