I believe that healing happens through genuine connection. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem.
My goal is to meet you where you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.
For the past 3.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading a multi-site inpatient unit, supporting individuals with persistent mental illness and substance use as they work toward stability and recovery. Now, I’m stepping into private practice and writing my next chapter. I’m licensed in Florida and passionate about making care accessible and meaningful. I’d love to connect—does this sound like a fit for you?
Hi, I’m Didley Delpeche, LCSW. I am a military Veteran. I help adults navigate anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed, you are not alone. My style is warm and collaborative, blending, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness tools. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded and in control. Outside of sessions, I love biking, traveling, and learning new things. I am currently accepting new clients."
I've been doing this work for 25 years — which means I've sat with a lot of people in a lot of different kinds of pain, and I've watched most of them find their way through it. I work with adolescents, adults, and families dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, cultural identity, and the messy overlaps between all of those things. I'm warm, direct, and probably a little funnier than you'd expect from a therapist. That's intentional. Some of the hardest healing I've witnessed happened in moments that also had some lightness in them. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, work with couples and families in addition to individuals, and I accept Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna through Headway — plus several additional insurers on Psychology Today.
