Much of my career has been spent in inpatient psychiatry and psychiatric emergency services, where I have supported people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care while helping clients navigate complex emotional and mental health concerns. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, attention difficulties, and substance-use concerns. My background as a clinician and nursing educator helps me explain treatment options clearly and support clients in making informed decisions about their care.
