I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, and depression. I use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR. An evidence-based approach that helps clients process trauma and distressing experiences in a way that feels manageable and empowering.

Currently working towards a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD). I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana, Minnesota, and Georgia. My specialties include mental health, substance abuse, depression, anxiety grief, divorce, and stress. My work background includes, EAP Counselor, Alcohol Drug Social Work Supervisor, Program Manager. Licensed Master Social Worker - Advanced Practitioner, Licensed Chemical Dependency Specialist, and Licensed Marriage and Family Specialist.
