I am a life-long learner and add at least one certificate a year to ensure clients are given multiple approaches to what they encounter. I am very honest and direct, but also understand the need for pause and reflection. You know the level of your pain and suffering. My job is to meet you where you are and lead you to the place you want to go.

I specialize in medication management for conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and stress-related challenges, especially for working professionals and first responders. My approach is straightforward and collaborative. I take time to understand what’s actually going on and build a plan that fits your life. With an integrative mindset. I see medication and talk therapy as tools in a tool chest of mental wellness.

Education and Credentials: I hold a Master of Science Ed. from Purdue University, where I specialized in clinical mental health and addiction. I am also Certified in Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) as well as Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C). My academic background, combined with my extensive clinical experience, equips me to address a wide range of psychological and emotional concerns.

I also worked at a private practice doing outpatient counseling work and led a dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills group.I have experience with a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug issues, PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar and other mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship issues.
