I'm Mihaela Vladu, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16+ years of experience in healthcare, dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness and regain control of their lives.

Dr. Maria Escobar is a licensed clinical social worker and Doctor of Social Work dedicated to advancing equity, empowerment, and well-being in diverse communities. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Dr. Escobar specializes in clinical practice areas, e.g., trauma-informed care, family systems, or mental health advocacy.

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and I would love the opportunity to walk in this journey with you. I have an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. I am passionate about working with life transitions, identity concerns, grief, sexual assault and domestic violence survivors and racial identity conflicts. I have experience with all of the above as well as depression, anxiety and more.

Ola Omoniyi became an Illinois Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She received her undergraduate degree at Valparaiso University in Indiana and her master’s degree from the University of St. Francis in Joliet. She completed her clinical rotation in mental health at Will County Behavioral Health in Joliet. Ola worked at Rush University Medical Centre for 5 years in the behavioral health unit as a Registered Nurse and 5years at other behavioral health hospitals in Chicago.

I am an LCSW, and have been since 2014, and a LMSW for 2 years prior to that. I have a masters degree in Clinical Social work and work with individuals, couples and families. I work with those with anxiety, depression, communication issues, and most issues that we are going through currently.

I am a trauma-informed therapist and my specialties include helping with anxiety, trauma, stress management, life transitions, and depression. My deep, intuitive understanding includes lived experience, and clinical wisdom that only comes with decades of practice and life.

My approach to therapy includes Somatic-Focused therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Compassion-Focused therapy, Polyvagal-informed, and Psychodynamic therapy. I am also a Certified Yoga Therapist so I am able to integrate the ancient tools of yoga into my work with you if you are interested; breath-based gentle movement, meditation, visualization, etc. The breath is the gateway to the central nervous system--calming and strengthening it is the key to reducing anxiety and healing trauma. This broad approach allows me to meet you where you are at while holding a safe, supportive space for you.

Dr. Idowu Oshokoya DNP is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Chicago, IL. He works with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and provides care for patients who are battling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolars, and other mental disorders. Idowu studied at Walden University, He has extensive training and 10 years of experience with behavioral health.
