I believe we were made for wholeness, connection, and purpose but live in a world in which we often experience fragmentation, isolation, and futility.
I am passionate about taking this journey with you through those experiences towards a life of freedom and courage. After 12 years of working in a variety of cross-cultural settings with people of different ages and backgrounds, I integrates my experiences with my counseling training to walk with teens, adults, and couples in this process.
My background in both education and counseling allows me to support clients with a blend of clinical insight, trauma‐informed care, and practical skill‐building. I currently serve as a facilitator with the Peace and Justice Institute and work as a contract therapist with Families First of Florida.
