I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling; both from the University of Central Florida. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I’m Ashley, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Maitland, FL. I’m a cat mom, Aquarius, and someone who believes curse words are sentence enhancers. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD and more utilizing EMDR therapy, ACT, mindfulness and other tools.
