I use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), DBT-informed interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR training and am currently completing my consultation hours.
