Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing in Florida since 2012. I strive to help individuals and couples without judgement, providing feedback and support when needed. I am Sarah and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor in Florida. My 19 years of clinical experience have given me opportunity to work with a diverse population and in various therapeutic settings from Residential treatment, outpatient, to in-home therapy. These experiences have shaped me both personally and professionally. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Although I have had opportunities to help clients work through different needs, I have a wealth of experience particularly working with clients who have experienced trauma, those experiencing anxiety and depression, difficulty with relationships and communication, difficulty managing stress or stressful events, families who are currently going through the adoption process, and helping parents to build healthy, secure attachments to their children.

Hello, my name is Roberta Tvenstrup, LCSW. I am currently practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida. Prior to moving south. in 2014, I had been practicing as an LICSW in the state of Rhode Island for over 20 years. My experience includes 30yrs of providing therapy and support in a multitude of settings.I have specialized training and experience with depression, stress & anxiety, PTSD, relationship & familial conflict, and adjusting to life changes.

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, caught in patterns they don’t fully understand, or affected by experiences from their past. I have multiple years of experience in nationally recognized substance-use and co-occurring treatment centers and particular experience with trauma, recovery, anxiety, and major life changes. I’m a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained therapist.
