I provide an individualized, compassionate approach tailored to your unique strengths, needs, and goals.
I’m glad you’re here. Life can feel heavy sometimes, and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
I work with adults of all genders who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life changes. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, having a hard time setting boundaries, carrying things from your past, or simply feeling stuck and ready for something to change.
Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are without judgment or pressure to have all the answers. Together, we’ll work on understanding what’s holding you back, building confidence, developing healthier ways to cope, and helping you feel more like yourself again.
You deserve to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.
Hi! I am Chardae Korhonen (She/Her) a licensed clinical social worker and relational therapist.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what is happening in your life without feeling judged, while also receiving the support and guidance needed to create meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, substance use concerns, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from the life they want to be living.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I value creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being themselves, while also being appropriately challenged to look at patterns that may no longer be serving them. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable incorporating Christian faith and spirituality into therapy while maintaining evidence-based clinical care.
