Born and raised in Central Florida, I attended UCF and Rollins College. I have spent time in youth ministry and have extensive experience in health care administration, business management and sales.

I'm married with 3 young kids and love outdoor activities, golf, coaching little league and spending time with friends and family.

I hold a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University. I also have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am an ethically and ethnically driven psychotherapist in Florida. With a degree in Philosophy and Religion from Roberts Wesleyan College, NY and CACREP accredited Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have over 5000 hours of direct psychotherapy experience with clinical expertise spanning the spectrum of individual psychotherapy for mental health disorders to everyday life challenges through individual, couples, and family therapy.

My focus is the client and use a multi-modal approach to walk alongside each individual that enters the therapy setting, empowering clients to become the best version of themself.
