I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I have specialized training in the following: Clinical Trauma Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.

My name is Oscar DeBardeleben, and I know firsthand that change is possible because I’ve lived it. As an Army veteran, I have faced the kind of life challenges that can feel insurmountable—but seeking therapy was the turning point that allowed me to reclaim my life. Today, I combine that personal resilience with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Social Work background to help others find their way back. Having served diverse communities within the VA and Indian Health Service, I am dedicated to helping you navigate your own path toward a stronger, more confident self. I have over six years of experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and other common mental health issues.
