He specializes in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with a collaborative, goal-focused approach. With experience in outpatient psychiatry, urgent care, and occupational medicine, he offers whole-person care. He is bilingual in Russian and English.

Laneka Montgomery is a compassionate therapist with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, including end-of-life concerns. She works with adults, women, and couples facing relationship challenges and emotional distress.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) TX #80888 & FL #TPMC5727, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I), and a national board-certified counselor (NBCC). I am bilingual (English & Spanish), and I have been working in the mental health field since 2009. My experience includes working at community mental health agencies and, most recently, at a major insurance company.
