I earned my bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology and my Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, and cultural identity. As someone who understands the pressure of balancing high expectations, perfectionism, and multiple roles, I strive to create a space where you don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep concerns, stress, and life transitions. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish.

My approach is simple: I want to understand your story, not just your symptoms. I take time to explain your options, answer your questions, and include you in decisions about your care. Born & raised in New York, I take pride in approaching my work with passion & relatability. I graduated from UConn with an Acting degree & graduated with a Master’s degree in Psychology from SNHU.

Aurelio received his Graduate Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida, and Internationally Certified Interventionist.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a combined seven years of experience in the mental health field (including three years of clinical supervisory experience), where I have been providing care to clients in multiple agencies throughout the state of Florida, utilizing clinical models to improve patient care and drive positive clinical outcomes. I have worked with diverse client populations and multiple diagnoses (anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, etc.) throughout the years, including serving young children through older adults.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my main focus is helping minors and adults address problematic sexual behaviors, men’s issues, and the unique experiences of those who identify as LGBTQ+.

I also work with couples who are navigating the challenges of polyamory and exploring healthy relationship dynamics.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore challenges related to substance use, codependency, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
