I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes that lasting stability and happiness require working on three levels: your physical experience, your emotional patterns, and your spiritual wellbeing. When all three are addressed together, real change becomes possible.

I work with clients to identify what's getting in the way of the life they want — and build the tools, insight, and coping strategies to actually get there.

My intention is to provide a judgment-free space where we can talk about what is going on and collaborate to move forwards in the best way possible. I am flexible in my approach to counseling, and I tailor my counseling style based on the needs of each person I work with. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients (age, gender, concerns, etc.) and I am passionate about what I do. I am into fitness and healthy lifestyle, and I support my clients with creating their own foundation of wellness.

I don't believe anyone's story is ever over. Life can leave us carrying burdens we never expected. Anxiety, depression, broken relationships, grief, trauma, addiction, or simply the weight of holding everything together can make it feel like peace is out of reach. But I believe that pain does not define you, and it does not get the final word. As a Christian counselor, it is my mission to help people find hope and strength in the middle of life's hardest moments. I am a Doctorally prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life's most demanding chapters — serious illness, end-of-life care, caregiving, grief, and the particular kind of burnout that comes from loving someone with complex needs. My hospice and palliative care background has shaped the way I work: with deep respect for what people are carrying, and a focus on dignity, whole-person care, and what actually helps in real life.

I am also a parent of a child with Down syndrome. I know what it means to receive a diagnosis that reshapes your family's future. I've navigated IEP meetings, medical appointments, the emotional complexity of caregiving, and the way people who love you still don't quite understand. Hello! My name is Cameron Boles and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I received my Bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and my Master's degree from Northwestern State University. I started working as a therapist in January 2023 at a university counseling center where I assisted in crises and provided regular follow-up appointments to established clients. After graduating from school in May 2023, I moved on to work with a wider variety of populations, including kids, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have extensive experience in working with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorders, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. I also have more limited experience working with obsessive compulsive disorders and eating disorders. Apart from specific mental health disorders, I have worked extensively with clients on improving communication, being more assertive, and exploring purpose.
