I work with individuals ages 12+. I obtained my MSW through Simmons University and have worked in a variety of settings including crisis intervention services, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, and substance use programs.

I have 20 years of experience working in the mental health and addiction field, I am a certified Gambling Counselor. Thirteen of the 20 years I spent in leadership roles. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and varied training in trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I have been providing behavioral health treatment to child and adolescents for five plus years. I work with individuals struggling with issues related to adjustment to divorced or split families, grief associated with death or loss, trauma symptoms, self-regulation, ADHD/impulsivity concerns, anger and aggression, depression, social anxiety, those who struggle with transitions between activities, bullying, LGBTQ+, and many more.

Prior to opening my private practice I worked for an intensive in-home program called IICAPS for three and a half years and then transitioned to the role of a school-based clinician; which I still do full time.

Starting therapy is a meaningful step towards understanding yourself and creating lasting change. Together well work to explore the challenges youre facing, and help you mover towards greater balance and fullfillment.

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to goals, growth, and stability. For eleven years I was a school counselor which highlighted the growing mental health needs. So, the past three years I have shifted my focus to private practice to help clients ages 8-40.
