I am excited to work with folks 12+ who don't want therapy to feel like a doctor's office. I have experience working with anxiety, low self-esteem, disconnection, and trauma, as well as folks navigating difficult diagnoses and changing life circumstances that leave them feeling stuck, afraid, or alone.
I have grown to specialize with ADHD, Autism, and other forms of neurodivergence, taking a trauma processing approach to release any shame or negative perceptions related to these experiences of the world. I find that these things can be such a gift if we can learn to support ourselves and develop systems tailored to our lifestyles. My approach aims to help you heal what is limiting you, develop the tools that fit for your unique experience, and re-connect with the essence of who you are.
If you're a woman who knows something feels off but can't quite name what it is, you're in the right place. I work with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, OCD, trauma, and the particular stress that comes with life transitions. I also work with couples across all relationship structures, including open relationships, and those conversations are some of the most meaningful work I do. Before opening Wild Fig and Co. Counseling, I had a career in nonprofit and corporate healthcare, and that background gives me a grounded, real-world perspective I bring into every session.
Amy Long, Psy.D, LPC
Hello, my name is Amy Long, I am a Licensed Psychologist with 8 years of experience. I approach therapy from an integrative perspective. Relationships have the power to heal.
Hello, I'm Liz! I have over 5 years of experience working inpatient, outpatient, and varying levels of severity. I enjoy getting to know people and be an extra ear to their troubles. I can be sarcastic at times, and consider myself a person talking to people!
I offer virtual or in-person therapy sessions in Castle Rock, Colorado. I know what it's like to struggle with depression, addiction, and narcissistic abuse. I became a therapist and an energy healer after going through my own "dark night of the soul." Many clients tell me that they relate to me because I have been though similar experiences and know what it's like to push through depression, and overcome addiction and trauma. My goal isn't to help you merely mask symptoms, but to help you navigate through them while healing the underlying roots, staying grounded, and discovering your most authentic self and a life of fulfillment and thriving.
I’m Dan Spadaro I work with adult men, women, adolescents and families who want to work, heal, and get unstuck. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by relationship struggles, patterns of compulsive behavior, or a sense of being disconnected from life and relationships.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you.
I seek to help clients feel confident in their ability to make choices, learn healthy communication skills, and strengthen their relationships with others.
I have 30 years experience working with adults (ages 20-90+), adolescents, families, and couples. I have my master's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and I obtained my license as a Professional Counselor in 1996.
My journey began with a deep commitment to serving others, which led me to work within the Georgia state prison system. There, I honed my skills in providing support to those navigating difficult circumstances, gaining invaluable experience in crisis intervention and rehabilitation.
Following my time working in the prison system, I had the privilege of working with the U.S. Army, where I provided counseling services to military personnel and their families. As a military spouse myself, I understand the unique challenges faced by military families and am deeply committed to offering tailored support to help them thrive.
My career path then took me to Palmer Lake Recovery, where I worked with individuals struggling with addiction. This role allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of substance abuse and recovery, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve lasting sobriety.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in spending time with my husband, sweet cocker spaniels, and my adult children. My family and pets bring me great happiness and balance, and I understand the importance of a strong support system in maintaining mental health.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your journey toward wellness. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and uncover the strength within you to create a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I have been practicing 25 years. I have walked the path of life and its difficulties through lived experience
We all have a manual that I call a life manual. This life manual was created over time from childhood experiences, transitions, emotional reactions, attachments, and traumatic events that may have occurred. When we meet someone, whether it be a co-worker, barista, or significant relationship, we continually respond and react from the frame work of our own life manual. Sometimes, that manual has created unhealthy reactions and expectations; the patterns that emerge leave us feeling lost or unfulfilled. Good news: You can create new patterns and start re-writing that manual for a healthy future.
