If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, your body, or feeling stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or guilt, you are not alone—and you don’t have to face it by yourself. In my private practice, I specialize in working with individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating.
I provide compassionate, individualized therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. In addition to eating disorder treatment, I work with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, substance use, and challenges related to identity and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, respected, & supported.
Trauma can leave you feeling on edge, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that insight alone hasn’t changed. I help adults and older teens navigate traumatic experiences, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties. With over 20 years in the field, I bring a warm, direct, collaborative approach to helping you feel more grounded and connected. I offer gender-affirming therapy and LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamory-supportive care that respects your identity, relationships, and goals. I also welcome people living with chronic mental illness.
Welcome. I'm Roxy, dedicated to helping you find what you are looking for in therapy. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can heal and grow.
I was a victim of trauma, which caused me to seek healing through therapy and by the grace of God. I became a therapist as I have experience walking out of the pain and suffering and embracing healing as a victor over the bondage of complex trauma. Additionally, I am an immigrant and first generation, Asian American Filipino, who has first hand experience with migration, navigating complex structural corporate systems as I was previously working in law, and in vet medicine. Now my goal in life is to run back into the darkness to help walk and guide you into the light.
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching 20 years in practice is a milestone I hold with deep gratitude, as it reflects two decades of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and growth.
Hi there and great job on taking that first step in considering if therapy is right for you. I invite you to come with me on a journey of your own choosing where we will walk together in darkness to find the light you’ve been seeking. Whether it’s life’s little annoying stressors or more complex issues, as a trauma survivor myself, I know firsthand what this is like and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Whether you choose me or another therapist, make the choice to just give it a try. Sometimes all you need is another person to hold the light while you do the work you need to heal.
Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Robert Jimenez, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adults from diverse backgrounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we'll work to understand what you're experiencing, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that supports your long-term well-being. I provide care in both English and Spanish and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
