My name is Albert Kwimi, Sibaven Medical Associates and Logistics LLC practice has been founded with the goal of bridging the gaps in mental health care, by providing patients and families in need with a patient-focused care approach. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have a wealth of experience treating all populations adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Starting as nurse aide, I have been in this field for over 20 years. I obtained an associate degree in nursing from Hudson County Community College, a Bachelor of Science from New Jersey City University, a Master of Science from Wilkes University, and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Wilkes University. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the most daunting and hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I am mindful that growing up, so many peoples around me who had mental health challenges were often misunderstood and, as such, did not receive the proper care they needed. I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health from Walden University. In my practice, I am adept at addressing various mental health concerns and providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and personalized treatment plans. By integrating evidence-based practices, I work to promote mental wellness effectively. I offer both in-person and virtual services to ensure accessibility and convenience for those seeking support for their mental health needs.

I bring over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience to my work and am the founder of The Vine Health Services. I’m a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family and Psychiatric care, which allows me to look at your health from every angle — mind, body, and spirit.

am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive, skills-based psychotherapy, with treatment tailored to each patient's age, circumstances, symptoms, and goals.

My clinical background includes extensive work in outpatient psychiatry, behavioral health systems, detoxification and dual-diagnosis programs, and community-based mental health organizations. This experience has allowed me to work with individuals across the lifespan and with a wide range of needs, from patients seeking help with anxiety, depression, or ADHD to those managing trauma, substance use, or more complex mental health conditions. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with advanced training in psychiatric mental health. In addition to my direct clinical work, I have served as Chief Nurse Executive for a large behavioral health organization, where I oversaw integrated mental health, addiction treatment, and community-care programs. Working at both the patient and organizational levels has given me a broad perspective on mental health care and reinforced the importance of looking beyond a diagnosis to understand the medical, psychological, social, and environmental factors that can affect a person's well-being.
