I am a dedicated and compassionate dually certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioners with a passion for improving access to mental health care through telehealth services. I focus on supporting my clients with empathy, purpose, and professionalism. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, sleep disorders, grief, postpartum mental health challenges, loneliness, life transitions, and emotional changes related to aging.

I have 31 years of nursing experience and specialize in the evaluation and treatment of mental health conditions, including postpartum depression. I also treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD and OCD. I started out in maternity and pediatrics as my nursing career and then went back to school for my masters, PMHNP certification and doctoral degree. I have also taught nursing students in undergraduate and graduate curriculums. I believe meaningful healing starts with being truly heard. I take a holistic, collaborative approach to care—working with you to understand the root causes of your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your overall well-being, looking at medications and holistic measures such as diet and supplements in order to heal. I specialize in anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, trauma-related conditions, and women’s mental health. Many people come to psychiatry after feeling frustrated by treatments that haven't worked or appointments that felt rushed. I became a psychiatric provider because I enjoy helping people understand their symptoms and find treatment approaches that genuinely fit their needs. Before becoming a PMHNP, I received a B.S. in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and worked in psychiatric research focused on bipolar disorder and treatment-resistant depression. Today, I provide collaborative, individualized care to patients experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and more.
