I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, chronic health concerns using a lifestyle medicine–informed approach. Many clients feel overwhelmed managing both mental health symptoms and physical conditions, while balancing work, relationships, and caregiving demands. Often high-functioning yet exhausted, they carry a significant mental and physical load and feel disconnected from their needs or direction. This work focuses on restoring stability by addressing the behavioral and lifestyle factors that influence overall health.
I’m a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health. I trained at Goddard College, earned my doctorate in public health from Tulane University, and am licensed to practice in both Maine and Vermont.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is grounded in an existential perspective, which means I help clients explore questions of meaning, identity, connection, and how their environments shape their wellbeing. I believe that even healthy people can become symptomatic in unhealthy environments, and I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, build insight, and move toward lives that feel more authentic and sustainable.
My goal is to offer a thoughtful, supportive space where clients can reflect, heal, and make meaningful change.
If you’ve been carrying anxiety, relationship struggles, family conflict, or simply feeling like life has become harder to navigate, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of counseling experience and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I work with adults facing anxiety, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem concerns, grief, women’s issues, and the unique challenges that can come with aging and geriatric care. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want their faith to be part of their therapeutic experience.
