I have been in the mental health industry since 2005. I launched into this career as a mental health professional eager to learn and excited to make an impact in our society and culture. I have been blessed to learn so many different modalities that truly bring healing to those who are willing to risk vulnerability and live to their greatest potential. On this journey I have been able to work with a variety of ages and backgrounds. They have all one thing in common- finding their way back to their authentic selves. I believe in doing hard things—just not alone. With the right support, the game changes entirely. That’s why I bring Christian values into therapy—not as a rulebook, but as a foundation for becoming who you really want to be.
I also use a free platform to help you track all of your behaviors so that you can make progress outside of therapy.
Since I was 18, I have been drawn to helping people through hard moments, first as an ICU nurse, then as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Along the way I trained in ketamine therapy, addiction medicine, and chronic pain management, and spent nine years as an APRN across family medicine, inpatient psychiatry, and hospice care. I have supported adults managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex medication needs, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help. I bring both deep clinical experience and a genuinely open mind to every session, and I believe your care should be as unique as you are. I would love to get to know your story
