Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I work with women and teen girls ages 15+ experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, menopause, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused and strength-based approaches, and Christian counseling when desired. I also incorporate other evidence-based strategies to help you recognize patterns, manage difficult emotions, build healthier boundaries, and feel more confident in your daily life.
I especially enjoy working with women who spend so much time caring for others that they begin to feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves.

With a doctorate in developmental psychology, I bring both expertise and a down-to-earth approach to helping people find clarity and direction when life feels overwhelming. I bring warmth, experience, and a touch of humor to therapy, walking alongside clients as they navigate growth and change with compassion and perspective.
