I am an individual counseling with over 12 years of experience at the Post-Graduate level. I specialize in working with adults and have experience with many clinical settings, including In-patient care, community mental health and private practice. I also provide Clinical Supervision for counselors that are on track to become licensed in the state of Tennessee.
A lot of the people I work with look like they’re holding life together on the outside, but inside they’re carrying the weight of experiences that never really had space to be processed. As a licensed therapist, with several years of experience helping people heal from the most painful and debilitating life experiences, I believe true healing begins when you finally feel safe again.
Are you apart of a generation where you want to embrace, embody, and empower your mental stability? Do you believe you have been impacted by unhealthy habits of coping? Maybe the daily stress, past trauma, or woes of motherhood can use some support? If you find yourself answering yes, then this maybe your first step towards healing. My name is Dyamond Williams, therapist and owner of Healing Gems Counseling where we embrace, embody, and empower mental stability. I have a passion for working with the BIPOC community as well as women, professionals, and the everyday individual. My goal is to help you embrace healing without judgement.
Hi! I'm Ariel, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience. My professional career has centered around supporting individuals with a variety of issues bringing them to therapy. Many of the challenges that bring people to therapy show up most clearly in their relationships. Whether you’re dating, building new friendships, navigating a long-term partnership, healing after a breakup, or adjusting to life as a new mom, relational stress can deeply impact your mental health. You might find yourself overthinking texts, fearing rejection, pulling away when things get close, choosing emotionally unavailable partners, or struggling to maintain meaningful friendships. As a new mom, you might notice shifts in your identity, changes in intimacy, resentment around the mental load, or feeling unseen and unsupported. These patterns can feel frustrating, confusing, and lonely.
Many people walk through life saying, “I’m fine. Everything is fine.” But often, fine is just a placeholder — a way to avoid feelings that feel too big, too inconvenient, or too overwhelming. FINE stands for Feelings In Need of Expression.
My work centers on helping clients safely express the emotions they’ve been holding in. One of my strengths is actively listening and creating a grounded, compassionate space where those unspoken feelings can finally come forward. We’re taught to suppress our emotions and push through, but those feelings don’t disappear. They settle into the body, they leak out in our interactions, and eventually they build — like pressure inside a volcano — until they erupt.
In therapy, you don’t have to hold it all together. You don’t have to pretend you’re fine. You get room to breathe, to feel, and to release what’s been stuck for far too long. My goal is to help you understand your emotional landscape, express what needs to be expressed, and move toward a life that feels more honest, grounded, and connected.
I graduated in 2022 from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky with a Master of Education in Counseling. I interned for a year at Serenity Counseling in Gallatin, Tennessee. I learned so much from this internship; not only how to work with my clients, but I learned so much about myself and why I chose this field to work in. After graduation from LWC, I worked under Carlin Giles, LPC-MHSP where I earned the hours required towards licensure in 2 1/2 years. I now have my own practice practice in Hendersonville, TN.
Welcome! As a licensed marriage and family therapist my goal is to create a safe and warm environment so that my clients feel comfortable as we get to know each other. I enjoy working with individual adults who are dealing a wide range of stressors.
