Hi, I’m Mark Lattimore, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina. I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults who are navigating challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions. My style is compassionate and collaborative, blending proven approaches like CBT and Motivational Interviewing with creativity, spirituality, and family support when helpful. Whether you are a young person finding your path, a parent strengthening family connections, or an older adult adjusting to new seasons of life, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I love working with adults and seniors to help them find or reimagine their passion in life. I will work to help you remove blocks that are keeping you from being your most awesome self and help you develop the skills needed to live a life you have always dreamed.
You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. Let's rebuild from the inside out! As a therapist, I work with men, teens, and couples who are tired of carrying pain alone — the kind that doesn’t always show on the outside. Whether it’s the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, or the pressure to keep everything together, I help clients slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and start building a life that feels calmer, stronger, and more intentiona
