I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life’s most challenging transitions. My background spans mental health therapy, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, child welfare, and geriatric care, which allows me to work with clients from a holistic, compassionate, and well-rounded perspective.
I use a strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique experiences. My clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful goals, build coping skills, and create sustainable change.
I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also bring a strong background in crisis support and safety planning, ensuring clients feel supported, grounded, and safe throughout the therapeutic process.
Above all, I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I help women explore and define their dating identity while building the confidence to navigate relationships authentically. Through assertiveness and boundary-setting skills, I empower clients to communicate their needs clearly and confidently. I also provide psychoeducation on relationships of all kinds, helping clients better understand themselves and their connections with others.
I’m especially passionate about supporting and affirming clients with complex or multicultural identities. My favorite part of this work is helping clients strengthen their self-esteem so they can move through the world with greater confidence and self-acceptance. Whether we’re destigmatizing sexuality, challenging body image myths, or building a stronger sense of self, I love seeing clients thrive with pride in who they are and the knowledge to carry them forward.
Hi, I’m Eric, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with adults, including older adults (65+) who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, grief, life transitions and ongoing stress.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward during life transitions or later stages of life. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience in outpatient and private practice settings. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping clients regain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a health services professional, I use a trauma-informed and culturally aware approach to assessment, treatment planning, and interventions. My background providing behavioral health services in schools, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, psychological services clinics, and outpatient mental health centers allows me to connect to clients with a variety of mental health needs.
I'm a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. My background includes extensive work in crisis intervention and helping people through difficult times. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia. My approach is professional and personable, blending expertise with warmth and humor. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing can truly begin.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe therapy works best as a genuine, human interaction—not a rigid clinical lecture. I’ve been working in the mental health field for nearly 20 years, bringing you seasoned experience while keeping things grounded in the reality that we’re both ordinary people doing our best. While I frequently work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, my practice is open to anyone ready for meaningful change—whether you're working through intense life disruption, burnout, or simply trying to get out of your own way. My focus is to help you build radical self-acceptance alongside relentless resilience, because no matter what life throws at you, you will always be enough to adapt, overcome, and take the next step forward.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING, thank you. I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means my patients want to reduce or stop psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process at a safe pace. My 30-minute follow-up sessions include supportive counsel, though I do not offer weekly one-hour therapy. Many of my patients also work with a therapist. My understanding of suffering and hope is rooted in a Christ-centered faith, which shapes the wisdom and care I bring to my work.
I focus mostly on behavior change. That might be a change from how you think about yourself, relationships, work, or something else. I can help you explore that. My role is to support you in believing that change is possible.
I also work in an open-ended environment. There is no contract or set number of sessions. Therapy should be flexible, and everyone's frequency is different. Most people notice growth within 10 sessions.
Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know you do not have to figure it out alone. I work with people managing anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma, and I bring warmth and genuine care to every conversation we have. My goal is to build a space where you feel heard before anything else happens. I see care as a partnership, so I invite you to share what matters most to you, and together we will shape a plan that fits your life. Whatever brought you here today, I am glad you took this step toward feeling better.
