My counseling style is trauma-informed, individualized, and paced to ensure comfort and readiness for each client. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals overcome the distress of their past and ease their anxieties about the future. I believe our childhood experiences play a significant role in shaping who we are, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their past and process their trauma. With unconditional positive regard, I gently reframe perspectives shaped by past experiences, fostering healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self.
I'm an LCSW with expertise in brain and behavior and additional specialty in addiction

Hi! I'm Carli, and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in the Pacific Northwest. I work with teens and adults navigating everything from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma to burnout, life transitions, and the stress of living in an increasingly complex world.
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative and tailored to you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported from the very beginning.
Care with me is flexible and designed to meet you where you are. Together, we'll find the pace, treatment approach, and level of support that fits your needs—and adapt as those needs evolve.
My educational background includes undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Nursing, followed by a master's degree in nursing specializing in psychiatric mental health. Throughout my career I've cared for patients across outpatient clinics, psychiatric and medical inpatient units, intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health settings.
My approach is rooted in whole-person care, recognizing that mental health is influenced by far more than medication alone. When appropriate, treatment may include medication, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle strategies, and integrative approaches tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Today, I provide telehealth psychiatric care for adolescents and adults across Oregon and Washington. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am committed to providing affirming, individualized care for neurodivergent individuals, people with developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I commonly treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered.
You deserve care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply personalized.
My approach is collaborative and holistic. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of your life - including stressors, relationships, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Whether you are seeking medication management, diagnostic clarity, or a more integrative approach to healing, we will create a plan tailored specifically to you.
Clients often describe my style as compassionate, thorough, and grounded. I believe in clear communication, shared decision-making, and ensuring you feel informed and empowered about your treatment options. My goal is not simply symptom reduction - it is helping you restore balance, confidence, and a meaningful quality of life.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we will build a path toward emotional stability, mental clarity, and overall wellness.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in private practice since 2020. Beforehand, I worked in Chicago schools as a school social worker and paraprofessional. In my practice I focus on helping individuals throughout the lifespan who are looking for healing from trauma, and help managing anxiety and depressive symptoms.
I believe that each of us carries more wisdom about our own life than any therapist ever could. My job isn’t to hand you answers, it’s to walk alongside you as you find them. Whatever brought you to this page: a child who’s struggling, a family stuck in the same painful pattern, a relationship that needs tending, or a version of yourself you’re trying to understand, please know that we'll work together and uncover the wise part of you who can help. I work with children, teens, individuals, and families, and I especially love working with parents and kids together.
I have served aging people since I began working, the last 20+ years as a psychologist. Now, having aged into the group, I understand what it is to live with issues of aging, including the family, health and career / retirement issues that go along with that both personally and professionally. I am here to help others write their personalized how-to manual for a happier second half of life.
I started my career in psychology and counseling when I experienced a suicide in my family. It gave me the courage to make changes for myself, and help people around me who were also suffering grief, loss, and depression. I'm an advocate of mental health issues, a proud adoptee, and a supporter of the arts. I have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been working with individuals, teens, and families for over 10 years.
