Hi, I am licensed to provide both mental health and addiction counseling in NC with 20 years of experience. I am trained in best practice modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, MI, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy which I utilize to assist my clients gain insight into their struggles, learn to modulate emotions, practice healthy coping skills to manage symptoms, problem solve challenges and manifest in sustaining healthy lifestyles.
