I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.

I'm a licensed mental health clinician with over two decades of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand that clinical expertise alone isn't what creates real change — it's the combination of evidence-based care and genuine compassion that moves the needle. My commitment is to provide care that is both rigorous and deeply human.

What if improving your relationships isn’t starting together, but starting with you? As a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with individuals who are curious about their relationship patterns and ready to create meaningful change from the inside out. Together, we create a space to gain clarity, better understand what’s driving these patterns, and begin making intentional shifts toward healthier, more balanced relationships.

I have always been interested in what makes each of us who we are and how we relate to others. Throughout my training to become a clinical psychologist, I trained in many different settings including university counseling centers, hospitals, community mental health centers and private practices.
