I have worked in different setting over the years and really enjoy working with all different age groups. I enjoy families, couples and individuals. I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make once they start to see their own patterns and what they feel they should change.

My areas of specialization are Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and many other general mental health concerns.
I've been providing counseling services for over 7 years. I started my career working with individuals mandated to receive mental health and addiction services. It has evolved to providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My strongest skill is empathy. I understand that our experiences shape our perception, the relationship we have with ourselves and others. I will challenge you to address core issues while providing you a safe space to grow.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and strength-based, while also being honest and direct when that’s what you need. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you gain clarity, recognize your strengths, work through challenges, and feel more confident in the decisions you make.
I won’t expect you to have everything figured out. We’ll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and work together toward meaningful change.
I earned my MSW from Rutgers University after changing from Engineering to Psychology during my undergraduate years. I primarily focus on trauma work but have a wide-ranging skillset and have worked with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, identity issues, relationship and communication issues, and more. I have worked with a variable population, of multiple genders, sexual orientations, races, and cultures; I am also LGBTQIA+, ENM, and kink affirming/supportive.
As a clinician, my focus is to collaborate with you in the exploration of feelings, cultivating your strengths, and creating/defining new coping skills to navigate challenging times.
