With more than 20 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in school settings, outpatient treatment, and private practice.
As a wife and mother of three, I understand the realities of balancing relationships, parenting, career demands, and personal well-being. Those experiences allow me to bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding into the therapeutic process.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to makes the changes need to find the peace and joy you deserve.
I believe healing happens through authentic connection, practical tools, and self-discovery. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, build effective coping strategies, and identify negative thinking and behavior patterns that affects the quality of your life.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, gaining a deeper insight, and growth towards a better tomorrow.

Sheree Dublin LPC, ACS
I am a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for helping couples, families, and individuals, especially teens and women, navigate emotional pain, trauma, and identity challenges with clarity and compassion. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed and holistic approach, recognizing the deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group settings. I specialize in supporting clients struggling with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused interventions, and practical coping strategies to help clients build emotional awareness, stability, and resilience.
In addition to clinical work, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover their sense of identity, purpose, and inner strength. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Emmanuel is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has over 9 years of mental health nursing experience caring for patients across the lifespan. Natalie Berrette, LCSW, has 10+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Leading with a warm trauma-informed, client-centered approach, she creates a safe, trusting space for deep reflection, insight, and healing—empowering clients to grow, reconnect with their inner strength, and reclaim a sense of freedom, purpose, and emotional balance in their lives.
I have experience working with clients who have experienced troubled childhood. I work to unpack early experiences and rebuild. I create a safe space for clients to feel comfortable and share their experiences.
I chose to become a therapist because I am amazed at the healing process through human connection. As complex beings, I am left in awe at the strength and resilience each individual possesses. I believe that despite difficulties faced, we have the power to rewrite our own story and live to fullest most authentic selves.
Our work together will not only aid you in overcoming any difficulties you may be facing but help understand patterns to develop tools that can be used in everyday life.
I aim to provide a healing space through compassion, support and acceptance. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, however, I often utilize tools from different modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and inner child healing.
I hope to have the opportunity to hear from you and help you achieve your greater self.
I am dedicated to helping people become emancipated from their past, fears, and the things that don't serve us anymore.
My name is Shannon Hollfelder, LPC. I completed my Master's degree and internship at Caldwell University. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to support growth and change in the clients I work with.
