Hi there!
My name is Leyla Bavi and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been practicing as a counselor for 5 years. I also do energy healing work like reiki and hypnotherapy. I really enjoy helping people who struggle from anxiety, depression, and women's health issues. I also work with clients who have eating disorders. I would love to meet you and talk to you soon.
Hello! I’m Noel Fournarakis, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with approximately 9 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals across a wide range of levels of care, from residential treatment to outpatient therapy. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, postpartum anxiety and depression, and addiction.
My diverse clinical experience allows me to meet each client where they are and tailor my approach to their individual needs. I believe healing begins with having a space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop meaningful tools for navigating life’s challenges. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
My goal is to free you up to live your life uninterrupted from negative feelings and doubt. It would be a sincere pleasure to get to know you and work with you on your journey to feel like your best self.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and NJ. Feel free to reach out for an initial consultation to see if we would be a good fit!
As a single mom of color, I have witnessed the extreme societal pressure placed on mothers to choose between their career or their children; leaving little room to even provide attention to their own self care. This ignited a passion within me to use my skills to support women to navigate through the chaos. My goal is to work with those women who may need help coping through these very real everyday stressors. Not a mom? That's ok! I can also empathize with the pressure placed on women of color in the workplace to work so much harder than their male counterparts. Its my hope to create a safe space for you to explore these feelings.
It can be challenging at times for women to have access to a therapist who can empathize with their experiences. Through a strengths based approach, I would love to share my personal experience with being a woman of color, a mom, a Christian, as well as a goal oriented professional in non-profit leadership and mental health.
Through this journey, I want you to find a sense of fulfillment, purpose, and self worth and I would be honored to take that walk with you. Our sessions will not be for me to "social work" you, but for you to unload some of the pressure and burden to make the ride a bit easier. No matter what it feels like, you got this... you can do this!
