I am passionate about helping you rediscover your spark and your Joy! You may be feeling overwhelmed by the demands of your career, relationships, and other life challenges. You will discover that there's hope even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges. Let the parts of you that feel anxious, sad, angry, and/or exhausted guide you. What are these thoughts/feelings/emotions communicating to you about where you are? What path forward would you like to take as a result of this new understanding of yourself? I respect your ability to choose the course of action that is best for you.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be a really vulnerable experience. Sometimes it feels like you don't have the time for it, or you feel you don't deserve to take time out of your day to focus on yourself. That's why it's my priority to create a space where you feel comfortable to show up exactly as you are without judgement. If you find that you are holding it together on the outside, but on the inside you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and like you are constantly worrying about the next thing, it may be time to slow down and process what you’re experiencing.
I know what it's like to struggle and please know that it DOES get better! In my early 20's I battled anxiety and made a vow to learn how to manage these symptoms and help others manage them too! I went back to school at Columbia University where I learned as much as I could about how to effectively treat mental health conditions and personal challenges. I understand both professionally AND personally how challenging life can be and believe fully in the healing power of a therapeutic relationship!
