I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. For ten years I have provided individual, family, and group therapy in hospital settings, residential treatment centers, and outpatient treatment centers.

With my education and experience; both personal and professionally, I am able to connect and provide care to a diverse group of people of all ages. I am a mother of four grown children and have ten grandchildren. I've experienced loss, hardship, as well as healing. I enjoy helping others reach their full potential and live his or her best life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Mississippi and the state of Michigan.

I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy!) and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Before moving to Jackson, Miss. for graduate school, I worked with Cru (a campus ministry) for three years on the Ole Miss campus.

While living in Oxford, I also worked as the Administrative Assistant at Grace Bible Church of Oxford for two years.

Through receiving counseling in my own life, my desire grew to sit with and serve those experiencing darkness, hardship, or hurt in their own life. I want to utilize my life experience and education to walk alongside my clients as they uncover and develop their own internal resources.

I am a Psychology Professor, Ordained Minister, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in MS and LA, having been a therapist for 30 years. I am also a wife and mother of 3 adult daughters.

I have been a LPC for over 10 years and have worked with a very diverse group of clients. They range in age from 6 to 60. I specialize in adolescents and trauma. I have also worked with depression, anxiety, personal relationships, parenting problems, addictions, emotional abuse, and physical trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, and I have been working in the field since 2019. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients but especially young adults struggling with navigating anxiety, depression, ptsd, marriage and family issues. I also enjoy incorporating faith based counseling at the client's request. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients find solutions and build skills that create lasting change in their live.
