My intention is to provide a judgment-free space where we can talk about what is going on and collaborate to move forwards in the best way possible. I am flexible in my approach to counseling, and I tailor my counseling style based on the needs of each person I work with. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients (age, gender, concerns, etc.) and I am passionate about what I do. I am into fitness and healthy lifestyle, and I support my clients with creating their own foundation of wellness.
Hi my name is Champ Moultrie, and yes Champ is my real name. Even though I have not always felt like a “Champ,” I believe we all are looking for the “CHAMP” that resides deep on the inside of us. My service to you is transforming you or your marriage into the best version of itself. I typically do this through focusing on changing what creates the disconnection between you and the one you love. If you are ready to be the best of yourself, reach out let's work together! Can't wait to see you!
My name is Sierra Patterson, my pronouns are she/they. I am a Black American therapist in their 30s based in Baltimore, MD, who received their master's degree from Johns Hopkins University, School of Education. I specialize in depression and anxiety and am learning more about trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ issues, and neurodiversity affirming approaches.
A combination of lived experiences, years of training, and witnessing the lack of comprehensive and inclusive sexual education has centered my clinical priorities on LGBTQ+ clients and clients working through sexual health matters (including sexual exploration, gender and sexuality, non-monogamy, and healing from sexual trauma).

Hi there, I am Aloys. I have several years experience in acute inpatient psychiatric units treating a wide variety of mental health conditions. When I was growing up, I always thought I wasn’t dealt a good hand in life. I had family issues that would top any reality tv show to date. I often felt like there was no one I could really open up to and share my inner thoughts and feelings with. I was wearing “masks” before the pandemic, always smiling when deep down I wanted to cry. I tried therapy a couple times and it just didn’t work for me. I felt like I wasn’t understood, that I was being judged. I decided to give it another shot and found my match, a therapist that looked like me, that could relate to me and my struggle. It felt genuine and not forced. That’s what made me want to get into the field of Social Work. Now, with 8 years of professional experience, I live out my purpose every day as a guide to help people unlock the tools of empowerment that they already possess. Whatever the issue, (whether it be getting through everyday life, coming to terms with past traumas, getting over a bad break-up, parenting/abandonment issues, lack of self-esteem, or a host of other problems), my eclectic approach to therapy will allow you to embark on a journey of self-reflection, self-love, and self-care. I look forward to helping you find your inner peace while getting closer to your winning hand in life.
