I completed M.A.s in counseling psychology and clinical psychology, have experiences at community mental health agencies, where I have treated clients with a variety of mental health issues, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorders, PTSD, grief, addiction, and diversity issues.

My clinical population ranges from children to adults. I speak Japanese as well.

I use integrated approach (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution-focused, Existential), which enables me to customize treatment for each client's needs.

I believe that clients have the abilities of finding their achievable goals and choices, as well as learning and managing their emotional problems.
