I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with more than twenty years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work and have had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan throughout my career. The first half of my career was dedicated to supporting children and families. For the past nine years, I have specialized in working with veteran's diagnosed with PTSD. My areas of expertise include PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief/loss.

I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for 16 years to people aged 4 to 104. I have experience working with people living with anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I also have experience working with couples and families to overcome challenges.

I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship stress, trauma, substance use, and the pressure of trying to keep everything inside. Many of the people I work with are tired of bottling things up, reacting in ways they regret, or feeling like life has gotten off track. Some of my clients are trying to rebuild after rock bottom, others are learning that sobriety is just the start and want help creating healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and more stability in daily life. Hello, and welcome! I'm a licensed therapist with eight years of experience in the behavioral health field. I became fully licensed in 2021 and have enjoyed helping clients develop insight and change behaviors through their journey with me. I started my professional life as an educator in 2003, but life had a different path and I discovered my passion was to provide psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan. I treat ages 10+ and assist individuals understand their moods, develop strategies to manage them, or simply provide a safe space and a listening ear.

I have over six years of clinical experience working with individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, faith crises, perfectionism, identity questions, depression, sexual concerns, and non-traditional relationships. I co-developed Self-Determined Relationship Therapy to bring together the most effective parts of proven models — EFT, Gottman, IBCT, ACT, IFS, and more — and adapt them to fit you, instead of fitting you to any single model. People are a lot like plants — a shade plant doesn't struggle in direct sunlight because it's broken, but because it's in the wrong conditions.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with additional formal research and supervisory training. I've been in my own dark spots. That's part of why this work matters to me.
