Sometimes what looks like anger, anxiety, or “just being stressed” is really the result of carrying too much for too long. You may feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in patterns you do not fully understand, or affected by experiences from the past that still show up in everyday life. I also support clients navigating depression and ADHD when those concerns are contributing to difficulties at school, work, home, or in relationships.
