Diana Lankenau has a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and Chamberlain University. She has a Bachelor's in nursing from University of Miami. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes you shouldn’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, PTSD and trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, toxic or unhealthy relationships, narcissistic abuse, major life transitions, stress, overwhelm, and the sometimes-messy transition into adulthood. I also specialize in helping clients build healthier boundaries, become more confident and assertive in their relationships, recognize unhealthy patterns, and learn to advocate for their needs without losing themselves in the process.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Keiser University and bring a warm, genuine, down-to-earth presence to my work. My space is neurodivergent-friendly and very much “come as you are”—and when the moment allows, there’s room for lighthearted humor and laughter, too.
I work with teens 16 years+ and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, trauma, ADHD, and self esteem struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy trying to understand themselves better and figure out why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives.
As a parent and therapist, I understand how life experiences, family dynamics, and past challenges shape who we become. Clients often describe me as open minded, supportive, and empowering. I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what you are going through while also feeling encouraged to grow and move forward.
Welcome. I applaud you for taking this step to seek guidance to build your skills and coping methods for a more satisfying life experience. I have been a therapist for over 15 years. I enjoy my career and find it exciting to help others find a path to contentment.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with my Masters in Social Work in 2011. Since then, I've primarily focused on working with individuals struggling with anxiety and traumas. My trainings include Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. I also have my 200 hour Certification in Yoga, which I believe adds another level of body awareness and somatic work.
"Healing isn't about forgetting what happened to you. It's about no longer being ruled by it." My name is LaQuanda Wiggins, and that belief sits at the center of my work, especially with clients carrying the weight of trauma and PTSD. Over several years in nonprofits, correctional and detention settings, and private practice, I've worked alongside people who've survived some of life's hardest moments, and I've seen firsthand how much relief comes from finally being understood rather than judged. Alongside trauma and PTSD, I support clients through depression, anxiety, grief, panic disorders, family and relationship strain, chronic health conditions, and the stress of navigating cultural and ethnic identity. Whatever brought you here, I bring a warm, open-minded, and creative approach to help you move forward.
I am a lifelong resident of South Louisiana. I received a BA in Anthropology from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches and Master’s in Social Work from LSU in 2010. I spent two years in England working in child protection before returning home. Though I consider my background in working with children and families, I currently enjoy helping clients of all ages facilitate the change that they desire to better their own lives. In 2016, I received my LCSW and began working in clinical practice.
Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki II practitioner. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I bring tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life.
I am a Salvadoran-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual, family and group therapy in English and Spanish. I received my Master of Social Work from Columbia University and have had the privilege of empowering clients for over 12 years. I also love to teach and serve as Adjunct Faculty at FIU School of Social Work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts and stand-up comedy, dancing Zumba, and reading fiction.
I’m Jessica, a trauma-informed therapist deeply committed to helping women and girls reclaim joy, peace, and emotional abundance. My work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where clients can explore relationship dynamics, unpack generational trauma, and build tools for healing and resilience.
I specialize in guiding women and girls through the layered challenges they face—whether navigating stress, anxiety, grief, or relational wounds. Many of my sessions focus on strengthening communication, deepening connection, and fostering beautifully healed relationships.
This work is not just my profession—it’s my calling. My commitment to serving women and girls is the heart of Inmost Being Behavioral & Consulting Services. I also bring unique insight as a Military and Family Life Counselor and as the spouse of a retired service member, with a deep understanding of the emotional needs of veteran women and military-connected families.
